Daniel Tupou registered his 300th NRL appearance for the Sydney Roosters iconic club against the Parramatta Eels opponents last Saturday. The achievement was noted in multiple places nationwide. NRL.com, News.com.au and the Roosters’ social media pages all pointed to it.
The Roosters rested veterans to manage load for the match. Tedesco, Walker and Robson were omitted the regulars. Stand-in player Pezut filled Moses’ spot in the lineup an emerging talent. The side also deployed younger talent to the mix. Tupou now sits among the club’s exclusive 300-game group for the club.
