Arena REIT revealed the entry into voluntary administration once notifications about the situation of the childcare group were received.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was named as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have stepped in to oversee the financial oversight and financial status of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 received formal notice about the administration. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing doubt while KordaMentha oversees the process.
