Users worldwide report problems with Instagram such as sign-in errors and slow feed loading. Downdetector data shows a rapid rise in outage reports over the past hours. Both the app and website appear non-functional concurrently. Meta has yet to release a statement about these issues as of 22 July 2026. Reports matching have been noted across Facebook, Messenger and Instagram at the same time.
