Rogers Communications completed its acquisition of the remaining 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.
The deal renders Rogers the only owner of MLSE.
This move expands Rogers' control over the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and various teams within the company's sports portfolio.
