London police came across a tiny marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff identified the lost animal on July 18. The animal was frightened and had no food while shivering. It endured the harsh ordeal. Animal advocates described it an criminal abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers discovered a rare monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery occurred during a standard survey in the Congo Basin.
