(KATU) — Portland police declared a protest outside of the police union headquarters an unlawful assembly on Thursday night and said demonstrators set fire to a building, vandalized property, and blocked traffic. The group gathered at about 7 p. m. north Portland before marching to the Portland Police Association a couple hours later.
