Residents on several streets in Wirral got £1,000 from the People’s Postcode Lottery recently. The win was reported by the Wirral Globe. In Sheffield city four streets also collected £1,000 each, according to The Star. Wales Online noted that eight streets in Wales each were given the same amount. A Ceredigion village marked the same payout, as described by the Tivyside Advertiser. The lottery uses the money to fund local projects where winners live. All payouts were made on the same draw revealed on Friday 26 June 2026.
