Xbox has rolled out a set of updates for its Insiders programme, tweaking Gamertags, Game Hubs and Wishlists as trialling a new tool that aims to streamline the way updates are handled. The update manager test promises a single prompt that bundles multiple patches, reducing the number of interruptions during gameplay.
At the same time, a wave of classic games has been released for Xbox Series, PlayStation 5 and the upcoming Switch 2, and pre‑orders for GTA VI have opened on both Xbox and PlayStation platforms, with various editions and bonuses on offer. Fans can now enjoy legacy franchises such as Halo and other staples on that newer hardware.
